Responsibilities :
- Provide expert guidance on the local housing market to ensure buyers are informed and confident.
- Prepare all necessary documents for transactions, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
- Engage with pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs and wants in a home to offer personalized service.
- Schedule and attend showings, open houses, and accompany buyers throughout the home-buying process.
- Assist clients with budgeting, mortgage options, and navigating the complexities of purchasing a home.
Qualifications :
- Valid Florida Real Estate License : Required.
- Driven & Enthusiastic : Passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing top-notch service.
- Excellent Communication Skills : Able to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Detail-Oriented : Ensures smooth, error-free transactions.
- Positive Attitude : Friendly, approachable, and committed to building strong client relationships.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License : Ability to travel by car for showings and appointments.
