Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Edgewater, CO.
Responsibilities :
- Execute make-ready tasks and work orders promptly.
- Provide regular updates to ownership and the Property Manager.
- Order necessary supplies and maintain inventory records as needed.
- Assist the team with challenging projects.
- Possess strong experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances tasks.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
- Must have personal hand tools and a drill.
- Reliable means of transportation is essential.
- Ability to handle physical workload with attention to detail and deadlines.
Pay Range :
- $21 / hr - $25 / hr (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community) - Also Depending on Certifications.
- Weekly pay!
