Maverick Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Client Relations Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects, deliverables, and timelines.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service enhancement or process improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, summarizing activities, progress, and recommendations.
Assist in the development of client account strategies and contribute to client retention and growth efforts. Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or account management is advantageous but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
