We are currently seeking a Corporate Treasury Director, Treasury Analyst. This role is responsible for leading Corporate Treasury’s data and modeling practices that drive key market risk, liquidity risk, capital risk, and profitability analyses for both risk management and strategic decision support purposes.
Develops assumptions for and maintains best practice risk analysis techniques in accordance with corporate goals, risk appetite, policies, and procedures.
Supports management through financial analysis and strategic business planning.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversees treasury-related technology solutions, ensures system integrity and efficiency
- Lead the development and implementation of the bank’s profitability measurement systems, including line of business, product, and customer profitability
- Implement and maintain treasury systems, provide technical support, and ensure system security.
- Leads data analytics to support treasury decision-making.
- Analyze financial data, generate insights, and develop analytical models.
- Assist the line of business teams in establishing and monitoring performance goals and metrics related to pricing and profitability
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis relating to market, liquidity, and capital risks
- Manage the FTP system and enhance system to accurately reflect the bank's funding costs, interest rate risks, and profitability metrics
- Supervise the modeling process and provide back up
- Provide results and commentary for the risk section of the 10Q and 10K
- Manage the ALM exam process, draft response, outline objectives and monitor progress. Provide support to Treasury areas outside ALM for the exam process
- Develop assumptions for risk assessment and forecasting. Assist in the maintenance of the analysis, which provides support for the assumptions
- Actively participate in all special projects
- Supervise and support reporting and analysis functions, including monthly / quarterly / annual ALCO reports; financial forecasts;
budgets, as well as ad-hoc risk / return analysis reports for new products and MVE reports and analysis of proposed balance sheet strategies. etc.

Key Competencies for Position
- Advance understanding of banking financial and FTP systems
- Advanced experience in developing and managing modeling and risk management practices
- Strong analytical skills and ability to complete and lead complex tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability work effectively with internal and external clients
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- MBA Finance strongly preferred
- 10+ years in Banking including experience ALM and one or more of the following areas : Finance, Accounting, Budget / Control, Audit, Credit / Lending, Trading / Investment / Funding.
- Strong organization, interpersonal, project management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of data systems and analytics
- Knowledge of ALM and FTP operating systems.
Key Measures of Success / Key Deliverables :
- Implement bank’s profitability measurement systems, including line of business, product, and customer profitability.
- Oversee ONB’s asset liability management and liquidity data models
- Develop and manage reliable FTP system that drives pricing discipline and accountability across all lines of business
