About you
In this role, being part of the Global D&I Team , you will get to make a positive difference to peoples lives by being responsible of the Data Management processes, from the requirement collection to the data analysis.
Your role
As Global Analytics Expert , your key responsibilities will include :
- Understand Companys need, and design efficient solutions to meet business and technology needs.
- Provide advice and technical training and gather feedback from end users about solutions.
- Interpret and elaborate data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders, with focus on Global IT Function and Business Managers.
What you will need
- Bachelors Degree in technological sciences or equivalent.
- 3 / 5 years experience in Data Analysis.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good expertise in budgeting and reporting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and database management.
- Analytical and technical mindset, with a strong result driven approach.
