Oversee Operations : Keep all things food & beverage running smoothly, making sure everything aligns with our standards and menus.
Wow Our Guests : Foster a culture where top-notch guest service is the norm, ensuring every diner leaves with a smile.Grow the Team : Handle recruitment, training, and performance reviews, while keeping the team engaged and motivated.
Manage the Numbers : Keep an eye on the financials, ensuring we hit our goals without compromising on quality or service.
What You'll Need : A genuine passion for making guests happy.A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or something similar (preferred, but not required).
At least three years of supervisory experience with a track record of leading successful teams.Bonus points if you’ve got Food & Beverage Manager / Director experience.
