YOUR ROLE :

As Project Manager you are the director of the client projects you are the one who knows how to make things happen. You are the master of execution & process from project initiation through delivery.

You are passionate about the space from CRM, DM & Digital. You are creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative & have exceptional people skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Keep projects running smoothly, develop project plans for new work, ensure that creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manage & communicate milestones throughout the project lifecycle with appropriate team members & clients, proactively mitigate risks, & be comfortable adapting to changes.
  • Manage & run account / project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, resourcing meetings, etc.

Issue and / or ensure issuance of timely contract reports.

Co-author all project SOWs, estimates, & change order documentation. Ensure SOW have been signed off by all department leads & have tight deliverables.

Tracking project deliverables against actuals / burn reporting.

  • Effectively manage budget for projects, ensure deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identify any risks, & escalate needs to business / agency leads to be addressed.
  • Manage simultaneous projects within budgetary & schedule constraints.
  • Align the project team to the work to ensure resources are available & present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle, across multiple projects at once.
  • Collaborate with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work
  • If assigned, capable of mentoring junior team members of the best practices of the agency & project management.
  • Build respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from Business Leadership to execute resources on a project, as well as external partners & vendors.
  • Build respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with client(s). Ensure understanding & adherence to agency process.
  • Optimize production workflows & processes with a goal of constant improvement.
  • Proficient with programs such as Excel, PPT, & MS Projects.
  • Lead efficient meetings & conference calls. Ensures timely internal meeting notes captured & action steps taken & communicated to the working team.
  • Maintain the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
  • Is a champion of the agency process & quality work. Ensure adherence by all parties.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM & 360 campaign management, i.e. digital, direct mail, video, radio, etc. at an advertising agency, media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
  • Experience in multiplatform content extensions & original content production.
  • Working knowledge of print production / execution process.
  • Working knowledge & understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DHTML, Flash, XML, etc.
  • Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with WorkFront or related PM systems a plus (ie SmartSheets)
  • Must have strong organizational skills & be detailed-oriented / stickler for details.
  • Must have strong written & communication skills.
  • Must have strong leadership skills & ability / desire to mentor junior PM talent (if applicable.)
  • Project documentation samples are required (SOW & Project Plan.)

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections & collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees.

As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to NYC & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience & training, certifications;
