JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring best in class results through the Orangetheory sales process. The Sales Managers focus is driving membership and revenue KPI performance while delivering an exceptional member experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with leadership to properly manage and execute performance and productivity goals / expectations.
Use OTF / Thrive tools and reporting systems to manage leads, sales and follow ups
Be engaged and collaborative around sales / membership goals each month
Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales goals
Be available and present for outreach and sales events
Develop a high energy culture of OTF
Stay current on all Orange University curriculum
Attend all necessary OTF webinars listed in the weekly bulletin
Attend regular leadership or sales meetings
Enforce OTF and Thrive corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes
Additional responsibilities as needed for the success of the role and team
