We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.

Slalom Tri-State is looking for a leader to join the Strategy & Operations team, playing an impactful role excelling in delivery, business, and sales operations.

What You'll Do

Excel in client delivery, while assuming business operations and sales responsibilities for the Strategy & Operations practice;

demonstrating breadth and depth in pursuit and project delivery roles

  • Serve in a leadership role on projects, providing Strategy & Operations subject matter expertise and / or responsible for project outcomes
  • Inspire and support Strategy & Operations practice direction, strategy and goals. Identify opportunities for growth / maturation of offerings and set the direction for that growth.
  • Develop a productive network of relationships within New York, New Jersey, and Westchester, commonly at the C-suite level, driving business development and expanding relationships and opportunities at existing Slalom accounts.
  • Manage pursuit activities, solution development, negotiations, and contracting on relevant projects and develop these skills in others.
  • Serve as a people manager; supports the growth and development of direct reports and guides individuals to accomplish performance and project success.

What You'll Bring

  • 10 years+ of professional experience, including experience in management consulting
  • Corporate strategy expertise and leadership background
  • Financial Services Transformation expertise
  • Business & account development and sales experience
  • Well-rounded experience working on large-scale projects focusing on digital transformations and customer strategy
  • People leadership and mentorship experience
  • Executive presence and thought-leadership
  • Experience with workshop facilitation and presentational speaking events

Compensation and Benefits

We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $167,000 to $258,000.

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
