Your Purpose
As part of the Onboard Experience team, you will play a critical role in delivering a safe, compliant, and best-in-class onboard guest experience.
The Onboard Lead will support the Onboard Management team as a first line of defense in the daily onboard operation and with training and developing Brightline’s Train Attendant team.

Your Role
- Customer Service : Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.
- Food Prep : You are responsible for ensuring our guests' food and beverage needs are taken care of. That includes ensuring all food / beverage meet Company and safety standards.
You will also serve alcoholic beverages adhering to Company established standards, including visually checking and verifying proper identification.
Guest Empathy You play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, anticipating and helping them navigate the various needs they may have before boarding or after arriving.

This is a physical job on a daily basis and requires the ability to use more extreme physical abilities in the case of emergencies.
You must be able to move and lift heavy objects in a variety of directions including over your head, traverse across uneven terrain, exchange information in person and over electronic devices / systems, ascend / descend ladders, perceive the physical environment around you, and perform all safety-related procedures.
- You have six months or more experience in guest service, sales, or serving food or drinks.
- You are a minimum of 18 years old.
- You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays .
