Key Responsibilities :
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Filing and organizing medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handling billing processes, including submitting claims to third-party insurance providers.
- Assisting with routine administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance procedures is a plus.
