Diesel Technicians in Denver, CO

Position : Diesel Technician

Location : Denver, CO

Pay : $23.00 - $28.00 / hr (DOE, with opportunities for advancement)

Shift : 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 40 PM

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of mechanic experience (diesel or trailer)
• Proficient in performing basic preventative maintenance tasks
• Basic electrical knowledge
• MIG welding experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on medium- to large-duty service equipment, including oil changes, wheel alignments, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Install and modify equipment such as plows, cranes, reach lifts, dump ends, tail lights, and truck extensions based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test mechanical and electrical systems.
• Handle plumbing tasks related to transmission and fluid lines, as well as work on cranes and related components.
• Utilize various hand and power tools for repairs and installations.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate documentation logs.
