In this full-cycle role, you'll be responsible for the entire accounts payable process, from start to finish.
Here's what a typical day might look like :
Mornings : Review and process incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.Verify purchase orders and receiving reports to ensure proper authorization.
Communicate with vendors to clarify any discrepancies or missing information.
Afternoons : Enter approved invoices into the accounting software and ensure proper coding for accurate record-keeping.
Schedule payments according to vendor terms and company policies.Reconcile bank statements to ensure all payments are recorded correctly.
Throughout the Day : Maintain strong relationships with vendors through clear and timely communication.Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or potential issues.

The ideal candidate will have :
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
