Deputy Autonomy Program Manager, Senior

Key Role :

Support the development of autonomous technologies and systems for our client. Identify and mature autonomy technologies with a team of software engineers and architects, machine learning engineers, and systems engineers to provide the DoD with an Autonomy Hub to develop and mature various technologies and tools needed to deploy AI to the frontline.

Work closely with government clients to define strategies and roadmaps for the development of autonomous technologies and capabilities and establishing the requirements for the development team.

Work closely with both government SMEs and with our engineers to deliver these paradigm shifting technologies and ensure that the deliverables and demonstrations meet the government's need and intent.

Enable the delivery of AI and Autonomy solutions to our nation's warfighters at the battlefront.

Basic Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a Deputy Program Manager leading AI, Autonomy, DevOps, or software development teams

Knowledge of MLOps for Enterprise Autonomy Teams

Ability to support delivery of government contracts, including stakeholder engagement, milestone planning, and completion of client deliverables

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications :

Experience developing and deploying CI / CD pipelines for autonomy

Experience leading Agile software development teams

Knowledge of data classification tools for ML

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks

Knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment frameworks for AI

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
