Description
- 15+ years of experience in engineering / construction for tunnels, pipelines, trenchless and heavy civil structures. 20+ years preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development for trenchless and tunnel services,
- Experience in business development for other services such as water / wastewater transmission lines, utilities or dams is a plus,
- Experience in soft ground tunneling in clays and sands
- Education - degree in Engineering (minimum); in Engineering or Business Management (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills both technical writing and oral.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team and oversee excellent quality of work.
- Commitment to technical excellence and the continuous professional development of self and responsible support staff.
- Texas professional engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months) required.License in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Colorado is a plus.
