Responsibilities
With your
excellent relationship-building talents , youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their
unique needs and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes, close sales, cross-sell, and help clients round out their accounts.
- With your keen attention to detail , youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
- Use your savvy skills to assist clients with policy changes and shop renewals.
- Your
outstanding customer service skills will be essential in taking payments
and obtaining referrals.
Requirement
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask .
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented , self-starter with the ability to think critically .
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette .
- Bilingual, English and Spanish Preferred.
- 440 Insurance License required
