- 3 years of compensation and benefits experience
- Experience using HRIS system
- Experience with managing third party vendors
- Strong communication skills and professionalism

Day-Day
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, administration, and management of employee compensation and benefits programs and policies throughout the organization.
Pay Plan Design & Implementation
Assists in designing and implementing regular and special pay plans, including merit programs, range assignments for new or revised jobs based on market analysis and internal equity, and pay actions for new hires, promotions, and demotions.
Policy Development & Evaluation
Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and rules related to compensation programs.
Consultation & Recommendations : Provides consultation, advice, and regular recommendations to management regarding schedules or special pay plans, compensation, and FLSA decisions.
Compensation Surveys & Analysis : Conducts compensation surveys, compiles and analyzes salary data, market trends, and forecasts, and develops reports.
Benefits Administration : Administers and manages assigned employee benefit plans and programs.
Employee Support
Answers employee questions, coordinates leave and accommodation processes with employees and managers, and resolves issues related to employee benefits.
Compliance & Procedures : Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to FMLA, ADAA, and group disability programs.
Works with the Leave of Absence vendor to ensure compliance and adherence to processes and policies.
Open Enrollment Support
Supports annual Open Enrollment, including communication efforts, answering employee questions, presentations, and post-Open Enrollment auditing.
