Starting salary $50,000 Training in office to start hybrid optional after training period Primary Objective & Scope of Position Recruiter will partner with Human Resources Business Partners to provide support that will align talent, business goals and employee engagement.
This position will work closely with HRBP to lead work in the area of talent acquisition. Essential Functions and Accountabilities Proactively source, recruit, identify and screen candidates to match current and future job opportunities.
Utilize available system, direct sourcing, employee referral, internet, and other recruitment tools to maintain a diverse pool of quality candidates.
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill, high volume, or critical positions; establish regular strategic staffing sessions with key stakeholders to determine priority pipeline positions.
Implement recruiting best practices, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience with a primary focus on proactive, competitive, and cost effective recruitment solutions.
Maintain a candidate experience that is user friendly and reflective of our employment brand.Manage web based Applicant Tracking System.
Ensure systems and processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with company policies and state and federal requirements.
Participate in the interviewing process. Interview candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit, and future potential.
Act as an expert advisor to hiring managers on sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding strategies and best practices.
Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners to forecast and develop staffing plans.Establish strong relationships with Human Resources Business Partners, hiring managers and employees throughout the organization.
Communication and Leadership Use and support the operating excellence tools : strategy A3's, work structure, tactical plans, meeting compass & problem solving documents.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the business and core team. Collaborate with other individuals and teams to complete tasks and facilitate improvement projects.
Participate and lead defined meetings for functional team meetings.Own functional team vendor relationships through a defined meeting cadence and supplier scorecard.
Measurements and Reporting Create monthly Key Result Areas report. Tell the story of what results we achieved, why the results were ahead / behind target and what is being worked on to make them better.
Financial management Input to the department budget. Safety Adhere to safety policies and practices and consistently model safe behaviors and risk reduction procedures Requirements Knowledge & Education Requirements 4 year degree with 1-3 years of experience;
experience can be substituted for degree Strong computer skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software Experience with HRIS systems (Experience with ADP & ADP RM software and its reporting tools beneficial) Ability to interact with varying levels of employees Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills Proven critical thinking and decision making abilityHuman Resources Capacity.
