Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent or graduate of a technical / vocational school in specialized trades training.
- S-1 license (Heating, Piping & Cooling) required; 5-7 years- experience required.
- Performs a variety of general maintenance duties to hospital buildings, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and Power House equipment.
- Operates Hospital vehicles, participates in snow plow operations, perform maintenance on hospital vehicles.
- CT Driver's license with good driving record and no points against license required.
