We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Product Manager to own the roadmap, strategy and feature development for our marketing automation platform.
This Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with various internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to understand customer needs and business goals to shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities : - Responsible for developing a product roadmap for Opportunity Management and Marketing Automation product capabilities, with data-driven strategies built in, providing fluent operation processes, and content creation guidelines.
- Effectively engaging stakeholders on requirements, product status, feedback, and performance, to ensure an aligned OKR on a Quarterly basis.
- Take full ownership of product development, from initial requirement management to post-launch analysis, and drive the best product efficiency and experience for users.
- Monitor quantitative product performance and collect qualitative feedback regularly after product launch, to continuously drive success metrics improvement.
- Collaborate with Business Development leadership to ensure effective adoption and utilization of opportunity management tools.
Provide ongoing support and training to business teams on product features and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS product management.- Strong track record delivering marketing automation or CRM platforms.
- Technical expertise and ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams.- Data-driven approach to product decisions leveraging customer and market insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influence skills.- Strategic thinker and problem solver comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications - BA / BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field- Experience in SaaS marketing technologies and eCommerce a plus
