We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated instructional coach to support instructional practices through professional development, data collection and analysis, technology integration, and classroom-based coaching.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Master's degree in curriculum and instruction or a similar field with a minimum of five years of experience in the field of education.
High proficiency in technology platform applications preferred, with the aptitude to learn and manage the Curriculum Trak management system.
Ability to work with students, parents, and other staff members in a professional, confidential, and courteous manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
- Assists teachers by coaching them on how to improve teacher and student performance using data from various technology platforms (ex : IXL, MAP, Canvas,etc)
- Develops a trusting and reflective professional partnership with teachers through collaboration.
- Provides regular, on-site classroom-based coaching support to each teacher following a coaching cycle, including model and demonstration, lessons, and co-planning and co-teaching.
- Coaches and assists teachers with curriculum development, classroom management,
instructional strategies, assessment of student performance, and all aspects of professional development in multiple content areas.
- Manages and oversees PreK- 12 Curriculum Trak.
- Develops and facilitates professional development and instructional collaboration in instructional platforms
- Supports administrators in curriculum and instructional practices
- Participates in new teacher orientation and professional development activities for teachers, including curriculum and instruction training.
- Takes a role in professional development activities based on school and individual teacher goals as directed by building principals.
- Assists in reports and program files for accreditation accountability.
- Maintains the professional library of instructional materials.
- Analyzes assessment data to drive instructional decisions in coordination with building principals.
