Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Management :
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to meet their material handling needs.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the material handling or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing new business.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel between Richmond and Chesapeake, VA as needed.
