Pincho is looking for a Marketing Manager, who'll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising, creative projects, and new go-to-market strategy.

A day in the life...
- Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives
- Create and adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals
- Ensure the Pincho brand messages are solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine target customers
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Stay current on market trends and new research and implement accordingly.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Assist with other duties as assigned by upper management
