Soliant Education is dedicated to supporting schools in providing quality education to all students. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher for a middle school position in the Aston, PA area.
Position Overview :
As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and foster academic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusion.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications :
- Valid Special Education teaching license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working with middle school students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
