Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
This role requires excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. An understanding of the glass industry and a background in software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth in software sales.
- Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge and Training : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our software solutions.
Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills required for success.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor sales team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary to achieve sales goals.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
