Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage incoming email to general office email addresses, ensuring that requests are directed appropriately to staff
  • Assign incoming agreements and materials for review, including financial requests / payments / reimbursements
  • Support multiple senior leaders as needed
  • Manage the creation and publication of newsletter, website updates and social media posts
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

High School Grad / GE Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Hybrid Eligible - This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with a work week divided between working onsite and working remotely.
