- Customer facing : You will interact with customers on a regular basis, sometimes daily, other times weekly / bi-weekly.
Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close.
You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.
Onboarding / training : The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials / assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals.

Required Travel : Up to 15% travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials :
- 8+ years of experience in analysis and delivery of data-driven solutions in the healthcare and / or life sciences industries.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical informatics, healthcare administration, business analytics, computer science).
Required Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successfully designing and leading implementation of data-driven solutions that deliver tangible value to the HCLS industry.
- Strong understanding of industry personas, terminology, workflows, and challenges
- Solid understanding of how data engineering, machine learning, and AI projects can be applied to solve industry problems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to tailor your message to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build trust and influence at all levels, collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams.
Useful Qualifications :
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially its HCLS-specific products, such as Healthcare Data Engine and Healthcare API.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure, especially their HCLS-specific products.
- Experience with use cases tied to common industry data sources and applications, such as EMRs and lab systems.
- Technical understanding of common industry data types, such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD, UML, etc.
