Job Summary
The Office Administrator at Storm Guard Roofing Nashville is a key player in our back-office operations at our Franklin office, providing essential organizational and customer service support.
This role involves managing all incoming communications answering, routing, and addressing inquiries efficiently. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reviewing client electronic files for completeness, and managing accounts payable / receivable.
Additional clerical duties encompass ordering and maintaining office supplies, entering new customer information into our CRM system, updating production schedules, scheduling inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting and filing.
In this role, the Office Administrator will collaborate closely with owners and management to support operational efficiency.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in software-based accounting and web-based CRM systems are crucial.
The ideal candidate will work independently with confidence, possess a proactive attitude towards customer service, and contribute to a harmonious office environment.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping : Manage invoicing and accounts payable / receivable.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent support to clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Phone Call Management and Reception : Handle all incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Priority Management : Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
- Scheduling : Organize appointments and coordinate schedules for team members and clients, including scheduling inspections.
- Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve customer and internal conflicts promptly.
- Filing : Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support of Ownership : Assist management in various administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintenance and Ordering of Office Supplies : Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Diligent Customer Follow-up & Follow-through : Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and project updates.

Qualifications
