As a Compliance Coordinator for our Managed Programs, you'll play a key role in ensuring the compliance of our affiliate fabricator network across North America.
You'll oversee insurance requirements, background checks, and specialized testing all while collaborating with an engaged and supportive team.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Screen candidates for our affiliate fabricator network to ensure compliance eligibility.
- Work closely with fabricators to develop effective Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and validate documentation to close CAP points.
- Coordinate and support audits of our manufacturing facilities in the US and Israel.
- Lead engaging knowledge training sessions for Coordinators and Sales Teams to continually enhance their skills.
- Track and maintain fabricator and business licenses for our managed programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge by attending relevant training sessions.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Highly independent, with the discipline to manage and adhere to your own work schedule.
- Strong organizational skills to keep multiple projects on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with affiliate fabricators and coordinators.
- Confidence in driving actions and implementing consequences when non-compliance occurs.
- Must be a strong presenter, capable of sharing knowledge with coordinators and sales teams effectively.
