Operations Manager Position : Lead the Backbone of Our Dental Practice
We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Dental Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functions at Thomas Dental Care.

Role Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery.
- Manage administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and patient-centricity.
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes.
- Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in dental or healthcare facility management : 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and basic IT systems.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong insurance background.
