Capitol Hill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is a reputable counseling and consultation organization dedicated to improving mental health in the D.

C., Virginia and Maryland area. Our mission is to provide mental health equity to individuals, couples, and families while offering a supportive environment for our experienced therapists.

Position Overview :

Seeking a full-time psychologist with licensure in DC, MD, and / or VA to act as the Primary Site Supervisor and Manager for the Psychology Training Program for CCCC.

Oversee operations and performance of externs, interns, and postdoctoral psychology students in psychotherapy of children, adolescents, and adults in a multidisciplinary and multicultural clinical outpatient group private practice.

Act as CCCC liaison for APA approved Mid

Atlantic Internship Consortium. Provide direct supervision, didactic instruction, evaluation, and management of all supervisory and training activity for the program.

Maintain a small clinical caseload. Strong clinical skills, cultural competence, and clinical supervision required. Management experience preferred.

Active psychological testing preferred.

Requirements :

  • Must be licensed in DC, MD or VA as a Psychologist (and eligible for licensing in all 3 jurisdictions)
  • Must have at least 2 years of supervision and training experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in clinical therapy

Position Start Date : By July 1, 2024

Salary negotiable dependent upon experience. Minimum of $100,000.00 per year plus benefits.
