Responsabilidades :
- Manutenção e evolução da saúde do cliente;
- Adoção do produto e novas funcionalidades;
- Detecção de riscos, além de redução e controle de churn;
- Renovações contratuais (incluindo negociação);
- Identificação e atuação em oportunidades de upsell e cross sell;
- Envolvimento de seus clientes em ações estratégicas para a empresa;
- Melhoria do NPS da carteira;
- Atuação conjunta com outros times para que os objetivos sejam alcançados.
O que precisamos que você tenha :
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Familiaridade com o modelo de negócios SaaS;
- Clareza na comunicação interna e externa;
- Capacidade de engajar os stakeholders internos e externos;
- Habilidade de compreensão de cenários e sintetização;
- Proatividade e senso de urgência máximos;
- Capacidade de negociação;
- Liderança em projetos e em todos os temas relacionados a suas contas;
- Inteligência emocional para manter-se equilibrado na liderança e resolução de conflitos;
- Capacidade de lidar com situações de pressão;
- Habilidade para conectar-se com pessoas de diferentes níveis na empresa e nos clientes.
O que seria legal (mas não obrigatório) que você tenha :
- Experiência no mercado de concessionárias atuando como fornecedor na figura de executivo de vendas, CSM, account manager e afins;
- Atuação em startups;
- Experiência com metodologia ágil;
- Vivências em produtos de modelo de negócio B2B.
