Key Responsibilities :
- Standard Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
- Research and Evaluation : Conduct thorough research to vet carriers, ensuring they adhere to Ardent's stringent standards.
- Database Management : Maintain and regularly update the carrier database to reflect current information.
- Collaborative Onboarding : Partner with the sales team to efficiently onboard new carriers, ensuring a seamless integration process.
- Quality Assurance Monitoring : Regularly review industry monitoring sites to maintain the highest quality of carriers.
- Insurance Compliance : Scrutinize insurance certificates to confirm they meet required coverage levels.
