  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience building Consumer Products with a focus on User Experience.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience building products with AI / ML features.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams, while ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and to create innovative products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to spread ideas and bring other Product Managers, designers, and engineers on-board.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for health and well being.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The Health Experiences team is building products and services that empower consumers by surfacing Google’s technologies and services into consumer experiences that are simple, fast, smart, and personal.

The team is evolving the Fitbit experience to make health journeys much more personalized. In this role, you will collaborate with other Product Managers and partners within Health, as well as partner product areas.

Fitbit’s wide range of innovative products, including smartwatches, trackers, and a smart scale, help people lead healthier, more active lives by empowering them with data, inspiration, and guidance to reach their health and fitness goals.

Coupled with our leading software and Fitbit Premium, our immersive platform experience delivers personalized experiences, insights, and guidance to support our users’ health and wellness.

Fitbit’s mission has always been to help make everyone in the world healthier and now, as part of Google we’ll be able to make health even more accessible to everyone.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Craft comprehensive product ideas and roadmap - informed by technical capabilities, ideas and internal / market context.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and cross-functional partners across UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing to deliver novel end user experiences.
  • Support the approach to leveraging AI and Large Language Models to meet the accuracy, trust, and privacy bar necessary to address Health use cases.
