Responsibilities
Accounts Management : Process daily transactions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
Invoicing : Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring timely payments are received.
Vendor Communication : Interact with vendors to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Data Entry : Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date account ledgers.
Audits : Support periodic audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Compliance : Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles, ideally within an office setting.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
