Job Description :

Client Card Services the consumer card division isseeking a Copywriter to join our communications team. Client CardServices issues and manages credit and debit cards for Clientcustomers.

The communications team is responsible for theimplementation of customer servicing communications and interfaceswith every area of the credit business.

The ideal candidate is astrong critical thinker and problemsolver and can provide aportfolio of work related to the credit card and / or financialindustry.

Skills :

Editand / or draft written responses to customer feedback and regulatorycomplaints

Reviewcommunications for spelling grammar punctuation syntax usage andconsistency and adherence to Clients voice brand and style

Provide proofreadingand quality assurance throughout implementation process

Support requirementsand tasks around communication approvals and documentation

Collaborate withother members of team to establish and maintain consistency acrosscommunication; contribute to ongoing development of styleguidelines

Education : Qualifications

Qualifications

ABachelors degree and 2 years of experience in a highly dynamicfastpaced professional environmentcredit card and / or financialindustry preferred along with familiarity with related legalregulations

Immaculate written and verbal communication skills withability to focus on and identify the smallest details and errors

Ability to assesscommunications for user experience within customer journey

Strong criticalthinking and ability to apply learnings across new and variedscenarios

Highlydeveloped organizational skills and ability to balance multipletasks (with appropriate sense of urgency) in accordance withchanging deadlines and priorities

Collaborative customerfocused mindset

Ability to tactfullyand professionally communicate across all levels and areas ofbusiness

Familiaritywith Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) and / or Figma aplus
