Our client is an international manufacturing company with a very strong national presence that is an expert in 2 of their specific industry fields.
They are currently looking for a new Merchant Processing Manager for their headquarters located in Tamarac, FL .
The Merchant Processing Manager will oversee and optimize our merchant processing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing, a deep understanding of industry regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
The Merchant Processing Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have the following :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in merchant processing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payment processing regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry software and payment processing platforms.
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
