A leading specialty food company based in Napa Valley seeks an enthusiastic and self-driven Territory Sales Manager for the Western United States.

This 100% remote position requires candidates to reside in California, Arizona, or Nevada.

Compensatio n : $80,000 base salary, Strong bonus potential (20%), Profit-sharing, comprehensive Health, dental and vision coverage (100% employer-paid), excellent 401K, generous PTO and much more.

Position Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree with 3-5 years of food service sales experience, including 50% travel ability REQUIRED
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com or similar)
  • Strong sales and account management capabilities
  • MUST HAVE previous food sales experience to be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape
