Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist for a direct hire position at a 25-bed critical access hospital in Winamac, Indiana.
This is a great opportunity for new graduates to apply and begin their career in a hospital setting.
New Grads should apply! No previous hospital experienc required
Duties :
- Accurately fill medication orders and verify technician-prepared products.
- Ensure the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances.
- Enter patient information and medication orders accurately.
- Assist in training new staff members.
- Maintain communication with the Director on daily activities and contribute to overall pharmacy maintenance.
- Provide coverage for the outpatient pharmacy as needed. Schedule / Shift :

- Weekend rotation required, with on-call duties after completing training.
Requirements :
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school.
- Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing.
- New graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to client concerns.
- Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
