The Service Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of support services to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

What You'll Do :
The Services Manager is responsible for the provision and coordination of client services for clients under the supervision of the Administrator.
Responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintaining appropriate staffing, recruiting, training and disciplining staff, maintaining service plans and relations with the families of the clients.
Functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure that the clients receive the highest quality services possible from available resources.
Direction and guidance are available from the Daily Services Administrator.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the areas listed below; plus, two years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities / brain injury and mental illness or a combination of education and experience- Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid Iowa Driver's License
- Proof of 50 / 100 / 50K Automobile Insurance
- High level of literacy in spoken and written English
- High level of organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and handle conflict as needed
- Ability to be flexible in order to meet organizational needs
- A working knowledge of person-centered planning and person-centered supports is preferred
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel in counties served by Candeo
