Key Responsibilities :
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is in line with the vision and specifications.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements :
- Adaptable and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn.
- Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred.
Nice to have :
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
