Gecko Hospitality is searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead operations at one of the most iconic waterfront seafood restaurants in the region.
This isn’t your typical GM role it’s an opportunity to step into a landmark destination with a high-energy atmosphere, breathtaking views, and a loyal customer base.
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. The ideal candidate will not only bring a passion for seafood and hospitality but also the organizational skills to maintain top-notch service standards.
As the General Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to craft and implement SOPs, develop training programs from the ground up, and foster a culture of exceptional hospitality across the entire team.
What You'll Do :
- Lead daily operations of a bustling, high-traffic seafood restaurant
- Design and implement SOPs and comprehensive training manuals for staff
- Develop and execute staff development programs to create a culture of excellence
- Manage cost controls, labor efficiency, and inventory in a fast-paced environment
- Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring, motivation, and leadership
- Maintain the highest standards of guest service, ensuring every visitor leaves with an unforgettable experience
