A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage its portfolio of contractual agreements.Key Responsibilities : Develop, draft, and review various types of contractual agreementsEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirementsInvestigate and resolve contract-related issues and disputesRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : BA / BS in a related field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in contractual agreement preparation and administration5+ years of experience in contracts compliancePreferred : Government Contracts Administration Certificate or similar certificationWorking knowledge of local, state, and federal acquisition regulations and grants management policies
