- Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and Aptus for Contract Lifecycle Management
- Collecting metadata from contracts and organizing them into spreadsheets
- Balancing the workload between peak project tasks and regular contract tasks
- Assisting the team in maintaining customer relationships by providing timely responses to contract-related inquiries
- Ensuring all contract works align with the company's guidelines and legal requirements
- Utilizing commercial contracts, SaaS, and red-lining skills in day-to-day tasks
