The Call Center Representative position exists to provide a world class homeowner experience while setting high quality appointments.

The primary focus of this role is to actively listen to homeowner needs, then provide a consultative appointing experience to well represent RBA.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for the following : Delights internal and external customers Builds rapport with customers and teammates Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • communicates with RBA teammates effectively and clearly Overcomes objections and sets appointments with an emphasis on first available appointment Utilizes available scripting and rebuttals;

is open to feedback and coaching to optimize lead interactions and appointment set rates Ensures the quality of appointments set for the Outside Sales Team Assists with calendar capacity through understanding and utilization of territory calendars
