Duties
- Client Representation : Handle all aspects of legal proceedings, including drafting legal documents and providing counsel on personal injury and workers' compensation matters.
- Case Specialization : Focus on personal injury and workers' compensation cases, utilizing strategic insights to advance clients' interests.
- Legal Research : Conduct thorough research using legal resources (e.g., Westlaw) to support case strategies and client representation.
- Negotiation : Engage in negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Client Advisory : Offer legal guidance to clients with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bar License : Active and valid license to practice law in Georgia.
- Experience : Competency and experience in managing a high-volume caseload.
- Communication Skills : Strong ability to articulate complex legal information clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Professional Approach : Proven ability to handle cases autonomously, from start to finish, with a commitment to client-focused outcomes.
Education
Doctorate Degree in Law (Juris Doctor) from an accredited institution.

Georgia Bar Admission (Required)
