Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the development and operations of an experiential learning lab.
- Expand FICW's interprofessional course and immersive learning events to other Florida universities.
- Partner with the Assistant Director of Academic Innovation Programs (AIP) to strategically plan training activities at the laboratory.
- Administers statewide faculty development projects.
- Support the Assistant Director of AIP with the coordination of faculty trainings, organizing meetings, coordinating the statewide Child Advocacy Studies (CAST) digital badging program, managing student applications for the CAST Badge programs, and planning for in-person and virtual immersive learning experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years experience related to academic and / or student services or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience.
Note : or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business, Administrative, Education, or Technology related program.
- Master's degree with experience managing training programs.

Anticipated Salary Range
$60,000 to $65,000, commensurate with education and experience.
