Salary : $21.00 / hour + bonuses
Kansas Legal Group, a cutting-edge divorce and family law practice, is looking for a down-to-earth, hard-working individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Legal Assistant.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills.

You will answer all incoming calls, greet all clients, and be the face of the office the first person people see when they walk in the door.
Other duties will include supporting our paralegal team, inventory and ordering, and some accounting activities.

Qualifications :
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills - both written and verbal
- Strong focus on client and end-user experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Familiarity with certain computer programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous accounting experience is a plus (not required)
