We are seeking an IT Sales Executive to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales proposals to present to customers
- Document sales funnel activity in company CRM
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales or sales engineer capacity
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred as well as IT security basics
- Strong negotiation skills
- General understanding of telephony (voice services)
