Overview :
The Sales Strategy & Operations Manager is a critical member of the Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence team at Blue Yonder.
This role focuses on driving significant impact within the Sales Organization by leading transformational projects, primarily targeting the Subscription business.
Additionally, the role extends to enhancing and aligning with services sales, renewals, and marketing operations.
What you'll do :
- Lead and manage transformational sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and improve efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and present project reports, dashboards, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure that processes are well-documented, scalable, and optimized for efficiency.
What we are looking for :
- Deeply curious with a desire to experiment, learn, and generate impact in the growth of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales related role (Account Executive, BDR, Presales etc.)
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects. Design Thinking and Agile knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The Salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
